Louis Posner has been a NYS licensed real estate broker for 35 years, specializing in Manhattan commercial real estate. He is a former Associate Broker and Group Manager with Oxford Property Group, one of the top 20 brokerage firms in New York City with 900 agents. During Posner's professional real estate career, he has closed over $100 million in real estate sales and hundreds of leases.

Posner has been cited in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Lawyers, and Who's Who in the World and is a member of Mensa. Posner holds a Juris Doctor Law degree from New York Law School, a Master's degree in Business (Taxation), and a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University, where he was in the Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi Honor Societies.
