$200 Million Real Estate development project in Florida for single-family homes in LLCs to be sold to investors for rental income. The target market is central Florida, from Tampa to Orlando. The typical home will be a 3 to 4 bedroom home with 2 full baths that will only cost about $350,000. They are building a mortgage-income platform on top of new construction. Through creative financing techniques, they wil be able to offer qualified buyers up to 95% financing. We have an experienced construction team in place that can complete new construction within 9 months.

$50 Million "Wellness Hotel" project in the South Central area of France, along with favorable government tax incentives and pre-sales. They are using non-invasive diagnostic technology aided by AI analysis which includes PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Brain Fog.  Will be structured so that there will be approximately 160 ownership units that can be individually sold and owned. Already a lot of interest among major corporations in France that want to purchase multiple units. The net amount that needs to be funded is about $25 million.

$50 Million Residential Apartment project in Auckland, New Zealand with water views.  The building would have 2 to 3 bedroom apartments with car parking.  Seeking Debt financing and Equity partnerships. Developers own the land, all permits obtained and shovel ready. Active sales office with strong demand for pre-sales. Financing commitment is "time of the essence." Need funding for balance of $20 to $25 million.

$250 Million Residential, Commercial, and healthcare Real Estate project in China, along with full government approval documents. They will be offering an environment for healthy lifestyles. It spans 2.5 square miles of land with 1.7  square miles of built up area. This mega project will include residential apartment projects, office buildings, shopping centers, a pediatric hospital, and a scientific research center. The developers are a very experienced team from the Middle East with similar succesful developments. There is a very detailed engineering and architectural cost analysis, along with profit projections.
